Pop & hiphop dance workout:
The first session consists of a mix of two music genres: hip hop and pop. Through the mix of urban dance style and stage performance, we can activate every single part of our body. You don’t need any knowledge for this dance workout, but a lot of passion for music!
taylor swift special HIIT:
Join our Taylor Swift Special Edition HIIT workout! This high-energy session features 40-second burst of exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest, all set to your favorite T-Swift hits. From jump squats to „Shake It Off“ to push-ups to „Bad Blood,“ every move is designed to keep you energized and motivated. This workout promises fun, and an effective way to gear up for the concert. Let’s sweat and groove together to T-Swift!
House music HIIT pilates:
The sweat that puts us on the map. This full-body class consists of low-impact, high-intensity movements that will get your heart rate moving. Prepare to feel the burn in all the right places with this intense version of cardio pilates. The class is paired with a motivating instructor and high-energy music to keep you going.
techno power pilates:
Flowing through that PowerPilates class, lead by slower and faster techno beats, with a special focus on strengthening our PowerHouse and giving all our muscles a really good burn! The heavier the beats get the harder the exercises will be but at the end we will always come back to slow and relaxing tunes to focus on our balance, minful breathing and relaxing our body and mind.
