To claim a lost item, please bring a valid ID or your cloakroom ticket (if available) as proof of ownership. We kindly ask you to provide a detailed description of the lost item, including any distinctive features, to help us identify it quickly and accurately. Lost items can be collected during our regular opening hours. Please visit us in person to retrieve your belongings.
